Shipping Rates & Store Policies

Shipping is based on total dollar amount of order and whether the shipping address is located in the United States, Canada or Internationally.

International Shipments may vary slightly between countries.  Postage will be slightly less for Europe, Great Britain and Mexico. At checkout you will see the final total.

All parcels are mailed through the United States Post Office and are assigned a tracking number. Standard Insurance is for $50.00 package value.  Additional insurance can be purchased by contacting us at the store directly at 907-747-3510. Please call or email with any special requests. All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL. No Return on those.

At abbysreflection.com we are committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping. However, we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item and most non-defective items. Upon our receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect to be sure the goods are returned in the same state in which you received them. Except for circumstances surrounding defective goods, this means that the yard goods cannot be washed or cut. Kits cannot have been opened or in any way altered. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Books, magazines and patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be refunded or replaced in full. Incorrectly shipped items should be returned in original packaging, unopened. If you choose to return an item because you don’t like it once it has been received, we will refund, minus shipping cost, with the provision that it hasn’t been opened, washed, cut or otherwise altered. A voluntary return of custom cut merchandise such as yard goods, will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.

Email addresses are not shared with any other companies or organizations. Occasionally, you may be contacted by an agent of Abby’s Reflection, by email, regarding new products or services of Abby’s Reflection.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
